Our Story

Percée Foli & Co. Limited was incorporated in December 2019 and started operations in February 2020 with our office at Broadway Plaza Fagba Iju, established to proffer solutions and act as one-stop shop for our numerous would be clients in respect of real estate needs, e.g. property sale/acquisition, letting and management. Our services goes beyond real estate, we are also positioning our company for our clients import, export of goods, transportation of goods and persons, buying & selling of goods, interior decoration etc.

We look forward to expanding business in the area of acquiring expanse of land to develop estate, opening and running of stores, interior decoration to mention but a few. We are blessed with experienced and capable hands to direct the affairs of the business toward profitability. We are just starting out with real estate agency that is to buy, sell, lease and manage property for our client, buying & selling of goods online and offline.

Management Staff

MR. MATTHEW FOLI AYAYEE

Matthew Foli Ayayee had his secondary and higher education at Aturanse Boys Senior Secondary School Lagos (2002). In 2012, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree (B.sc.) in Estate Management from the University of Lagos. He started work with EPS Courier Services Limited at Jibowu Yaba as an account officer in the year 2005 till 2007. Later joined Bolaji Dayo, Oladapo & Co. in the year 2011 till 2012, an estate firm where he acquired practical training as a young Surveyor in all areas of the profession. Mr. Matthew Ayayee has been running private business of selling of goods such as men wears, Shoes and other men accessories over the years. After graduation/Youth Service, he left Bolaji Dayo, Oladapo & Co in year 2012 and started out as an Estate agent helping clients to buy and sell properties over the last 8 years. His passion to grow and transform the business gave birth to Percée Foli & Co. Limited. He sought for an avenue to turn his passion into solving clients’ needs, hence he decided to co-found Percée Foli & Co. Limited with friends of like minds.

MR. GEORGE KOKUVI GEORGE

George Kokuvi George holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) with Upper Credit in Estate Management (2005) and Post Graduate Diploma in Estate Management from Yaba College of Technology and Federal University Akure, Ondo State (2014) respectively. He is also a member of Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers(NIESV). He started his career at Patrick Obianwu & Co. Ikoyi Lagos in year 2006 and later joined Safetrust Mortgage Bank as the head of Estate Department in year 2009. He was responsible for appraising viability of projects and advise the bank to finance or not and sales of NHF housing products/properties. Also led the team that sold Safetrust Mortgage Bank financed projects Such as Aba Johnson, Safecourt Apartments, Safetowers, AidaVille, Green Ville to mention but a few. He was also involved in financial products marketing. In 2016, he left Safetrust Mortgage Bank to start his company Bishops & Kings Properties and later joined the team to found Percée Foli & Co. Limited. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the company.

MS. ZAINAB EMILOMO ALIU

Zainab Emiloomo Aliu graduated from Lagos State Polytechnic Lagos State, in 2010 with National Diploma (ND) in Banking & Finance. She is a renowned businesswoman in her class, and joined the team to establish Percée Foli & Co. Limited in order to deplore her wealth of experience in business toward the growth of the new founded company. After graduation, She engaged in the business of buying and selling of textiles materials, household goods to mention but few for her numerous clients.

MR. MARK ORIYOMI AYAYEE

Mark Oriyomi Ayayee had is primary and secondary school education at Bright Furure International Nursery & Primary school (2002) and Ransome-kuti Memorial School Surulere, Lagos (2008). After Secondary, he started work in 2009 at Sovereign Microfinance Bank Limited as marketer, where he was responsible for selling the bank products and creating liability. Mr. Mark Oriyomi Ayayee is also part of the team that found Percée Foli & Co Limited and shall be responsible fors company logistics. He has brought to bear his wealth of experience in the area of logistics to the company. He is a dedicated young man and ready to carry on the task of building the new company together with other directors and staff. Percée Foli & Co. Limited.
